Returns & Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel your order without giving a reason within 14 days of the date you, or a third party nominated by you, receives the product.

In some cases, we may voluntarily offer an extended returns period of up to 30 days.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us of your decision clearly by email at info@aurello.nz before sending the return.

Returns Conditions

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and in their original packaging. All parts and any accessories must be included.

If a returned item does not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return or reduce the amount refunded.

Returns Process

Before sending a return, please contact our customer service team by email at info@aurello.nz to receive return instructions and the return address.

Faulty or incorrectly delivered items will be handled separately in accordance with the instructions provided.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund within five (5) business days.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Afterpay Payments

If your order was paid via Afterpay, the refund will be applied directly through Afterpay, which will automatically update your invoice or return the payment.

For any payment-related queries, please contact Afterpay directly.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately by email at info@aurello.nz.

In such cases, we will provide an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement or a full refund.
